On May 25, 2018, a new regulation on the protection of personal data (General Data Protection Regulation), adopted by the European Union, came into force. The regulation aims to guarantee the protection of personal data of individuals from all EU member states and to unify the regulations for their processing.

4.DEFINITION OF PERSONAL DATA
As per the new regulation, “personal data” is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (“data subject”); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.

6. GROUND FOR COLLECTING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

We also require from our contractors, service providers, the necessary security measures for your personal data.
